Vice President – Sales, Advantage Group and Acquisition
Dominique Vallée was appointed to the position of Vice President – Sales, Advantage Group and Call Centres Initiative in June 2010. She brings more than 20 years of experience in customer service, operations management and sales management to her current role. In this position, Dominique is responsible for the company’s Advantage Sales Team in all three regions.
Mrs. Vallée first joined Yellow Pages Group in 2005 as Director of Operations and has demonstrated a successful track record of achievement. With the responsibility of more than 250 employees across three provinces, Dominique Vallée and her team improved call center operations, generated productivity gains through the integration of customer service and operational functions following several company acquisitions, and created an operational Center of Excellence in Atlantic Canada which reduced overall costs.
Prior to joining Yellow Pages Group, Dominique Vallée held various senior positions with several companies including Esso, Microcell Solutions and Citibank Canada.
Dominique Vallée holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University. In addition, Mrs. Vallée is occasionally invited to speak at various North American Customer Service and Call Center Conferences.
