Yellow Pages Group (YPG) is a leading digital company in Canada. The Company serves approximately 340,000 local businesses through its nation-wide sales force of over 1,200 media consultants.

YPG also owns and manages Canada’s most visited online directories YellowPages.ca™, PagesJaunes.ca^MC, Canada411.ca™, and RedFlagDeals.com, as well as CanadaPlus.ca^MC a network of seven local city sites, including MontrealPlus.ca^MC, QuebecPlus.ca^MC, TorontoPlus.ca^MC, CalgaryPlus.ca^MC, EdmontonPlus.ca^MC, OttawaPlus.ca^MC and VancouverPlus.ca^MC.

YPG has been an industry leader since it published its first directory in 1908. The Company is the official publisher of Bell Canada’s directories. YPG is also the official publisher of Telus’ directories, as well as of a number of other incumbent telephone company directories that have a leading market share in their respective markets.

YPG also caters to the country’s largest national agencies and advertisers through Mediative, its digital advertising and marketing solutions division. In October 2010, YPG announced the launch of Mediative, a digital advertising and marketing solutions provider for national agencies and advertisers.  Concurrent with the launch of Mediative, Yellow Media Inc. announced it had acquired Enquiro Search Solutions Inc., a leading search engine solutions company, Ad Splash Inc., a national retail advertising leader and UpTrend Media Inc., Canada's leading independent online advertising representation firm.  These companies have been integrated into Mediative.  YPG also entered into a licensing agreement with Acquisio Inc., for the Canadian rights to the company's flagship search, social and display advertising software platform. YPG has held a 24% ownership interest in Acquisio Inc. since April, 2009.
