John R. Gaulding is a private investor and business consultant in the fields of strategy and organization. Mr. Gaulding also held senior management positions with various companies in the financial services industries, was a senior partner with a global strategy consulting firm and was President and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Bell Directory, Inc. from 1985 to 1990. From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Gaulding was also Co-Chairman of the Yellow Pages Publishers Association.

Mr. Gaulding currently serves on the Board of Directors of Monster Worldwide, Inc. and ANTS Software, Inc. and is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Dominican University of California.

Mr. Gaulding holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Master of Business Administration degree with honours from the University of Southern California.
