Ginette Maillé Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer

Ginette Maillé joined Yellow Pages Group in 2003 as Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer, having over the past twenty years, held a variety of positions at several major international corporations.

As Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer, Ms. Maillé is responsible for managing the company's financial reporting, accounting services, internal controls and administrative services. She also oversees policy and strategy development, ensuring best-in-class disclosure practices.

Ms. Maillé has earned a solid reputation for her strong analytical abilities, leadership and creativity. Over the years she has achieved numerous successes, most notably in the areas of financial reporting and re-engineering. Between 1995 and 2001, Ms. Maillé served as Assistant Controller and then as Vice President and Corporate Controller at Telesystem International Wireless Inc., where she implemented financial reporting processes and participated in numerous public offerings. Ginette Maillé held two executive positions at Essentus Inc., a software company, from 1997 and 1999. Under her leadership, the company completely reengineered its billing and collection processes as well as its budget planning and management processes. She also worked in the manufacturing industry at Unican Security Systems Ltd where she was responsible for overseeing the activities of controllers in various locations around the world.

Ginette Maillé holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Université du Québec à Montréal and is a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec.
