Business listings can now be found in the
Yellow Pages™ directory
Montreal (Québec), November 30, 2004 – Yellow Pages Group announces the arrival of its 2005 edition of the new Canada411 Print Directory, THE reference when it comes to finding a person. The residential directory is currently being distributed to all Montreal businesses and households.
The new Canada411 Print Directory is now entirely devoted to residential and government listings while business listings have now been regrouped in the Yellow Pages™ directory. This reduces the number of copies of the residential listings directories that are printed and distributed to businesses, thus consuming less paper and ultimately reducing waste. According to a survey conducted recently in Montreal, 89% of users consider that this change is a good idea. Residential numbers as well as area codes and postal codes can also be found online at www.Canada411.ca.
Since September 2004, the Yellow Pages™ Directory contains all business listings for Montreal, either by business category or alphabetically according to the name of the business. As a result, if a person seeking a number is unsure of the category or “heading” under which the business falls, he or she has an alternative to search alphabetically. Business listings can also be found online at www.YellowPages.ca.
