Yellow Pages Group (YPG) is Canada's largest directory publisher and has been an industry leader since it published its first directory in 1908. The Company is the official publisher of Bell Canada’s directories. YPG is also the official publisher of Telus’ directories, as well as of a number of other incumbent telephone company directories that have a leading market share in their respective markets. YPG is the incumbent directory publisher in Québec, Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta, British Columbia, the Territories and Atlantic Canada.

Yellow Pages Group owns and manages Canada’s most visited online directories YellowPages.ca™, and Canada411.ca as well as CanadaPlus.ca, a network of seven local city sites, including MontrealPlus.ca™, QuebecPlus.ca™, TorontoPlus.ca™, CalgaryPlus.ca™, EdmontonPlus.ca™, OttawaPlus.ca™ and VancouverPlus.ca™. These sites attract over 7 million unique visitors per month.

Yellow Pages Group is the exclusive owner of the Yellow Pages™, Pages JaunesMC and Walking Fingers Design™ trademarks in Canada.

Nearly all of Yellow Pages Group's revenues are derived from the sale of Yellow Pages™ directory advertising to businesses, mostly small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). Directory advertising is the advertising medium used most by Canadian SMEs, mainly due to its comparatively high return on investment.
