Judging Criteria
Judging of the entry submission is based primarily on the level of community commitment, given the size and scope of the business and the overall impact in the community. Evaluations are based on the following criteria as indicated in the evaluation questions listed below:

Prizing
Prizing for this competition includes a cash amount ($7,500 per community) as well as visibility within the Community Section of the local Yellow Pages™ directory.
- Platinum: $5,000
($4,000 for the winning small business and $1,000 to the selected beneficiary organization)
- Gold: $2,500
($2,000 for the winning small business and $500 to the selected beneficiary organization)
- Publicity of the winners’ names in the Community Section of the local Yellow Pages™ directory
Cheques for prizes will be made out to the registered corporations, charitable or non-profit organizations, not to specific individuals. Winners will be notified and awarded their prize directly. |
