Barbara E. Oberleitner Chief Compliance Officer

Barbara E. Oberleitner was appointed to the role of Chief Compliance Officer of Yellow Pages Group in
April 2007. Ms. Oberleitner first joined the Company in 2004 as Director, Taxation.

As Chief Compliance Officer, Ms. Oberleitner is responsible for enterprise risk assessment, where she focuses on identifying opportunities for enhancement and efficiency through operational audits.

Ms. Oberleitner brings to her current role more than 17 years experience. She has notably held senior management positions and was responsible for tax planning and auditing. Before joining Yellow Pages Group, she was Tax Director for Quebecor World Inc. where she oversaw tax planning, corporate tax structure, compliance and tax accounting. She also worked at KPMG as a Senior Tax Manager.

Ms. Oberleitner is known for her strong organizational and problem solving skills. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University. She is a Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia, Ontario and Québec. In 1998, she completed CICA’s In-Depth Tax Course.
