Paul Batchelor Vice President, Sales, Western Region

Paul Batchelor has been leading Yellow Pages Group’s Western Region sales force as Vice President, since September 2006. He brings 20 years of directory industry experience to his current role.

Mr. Batchelor is responsible for leading the continued development and direction of the Alberta and British Columbia sales team, while aligning strategies to the national platform.

In recent years, Mr. Batchelor was General Manager for Aliant Directory Services (formerly Aliant ActiMedia), the incumbent directories publisher for the Atlantic Region, where he was responsible for sales, marketing, finance, distribution and publishing. In this role, he led the Atlantic team to their best results ever.

Mr. Batchelor began his career with a Yellow Pages Group predecessor company, Tele-Direct, in 1986 as a sales consultant. He later worked for Bell ActiMedia and the Caribbean Publishing Company and held general management roles in the USA and Western Caribbean.

Mr. Batchelor is recognized for his success and expertise in strategic planning, setting clear direction and consistently exceeding expectations.
