Yellow Pages Income Fund Announces December 2009 Distribution


Montreal (Quebec), December 15, 2009 – Yellow Pages Income Fund (TSX: YLO.UN) announced today that its monthly cash distribution of $0.0667 per Fund unit will be paid on January 15, 2010 to unitholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2009.

This cash distribution covers the period from December 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009.
