John R. Gaulding is the Chairman of Gaulding & Co., a private investment and consulting firm providing strategic advisory services in the information services and new media industries. Prior to forming his own advisory firm in 1996, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of National Insurance Group, a publicly-held provider of financial information services in San Francisco. Prior to that, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of ADP Claims Solutions Group from 1990 to 1996 and President and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Bell Directory Inc., from 1986 to 1990. During that time, Mr. Gaulding was also Chairman of the Yellow Pages Publishers Association. He is a director of Monster Worldwide and ANTS Software Inc.
