Yvan Proteau Chief Information Officer Yvan Proteau is Chief Information Officer of Yellow Pages Group. He was appointed to this position in March, 2003. Prior to joining Yellow Pages Group, Mr. Proteau held senior positions at Bombardier Inc., a world leader in the transportation, aerospace and recreational-products industries. More specifically, he acted as Director, Program Support Office, VCM Program for Bombardier Transportation - Europe, and as Director, Information System and Telecom for Recreational Products - Canada, US and Europe. Between 1989 and 2000, Mr. Proteau was employed at LGS Group Inc. where he was Senior Director, E-Business & CRM from 1998 to 2000 after having occupied other key positions between 1989 and 1997. LGS Group Inc. is a full-service consulting and systems-integration firm which assists organizations in Canada to meet their business objectives through the deployment of technology-based solutions. During his career, Mr. Proteau has acquired a solid reputation for his disciplined, customer-focused leadership skills and expertise in the design, architecture and delivery of IT/IS systems. Yvan Proteau holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering) from the Royal Military College in Kingston, Ontario, a Master's degree in Engineering from McGill University in Montréal, and a Bachelor of Science degree (Psychology/ Artificial Intelligence) from Concordia University, also in Montréal.
