Jamie Blundell Vice President - Operations

Jamie Blundell has been appointed to the role of Vice President, Operations of Trader Corporation in June 2006. Mr. Blundell brings to his position a 15-year experience in operations, business development and sales.

Most recently Director, Manufacturing of Yellow Pages Group, Mr. Blundell has a successful history of identifying operational efficiencies, implementing best practices and re-negotiating supplier contracts. His contract negotiation skills have resulted in significant annual savings for the company.

Having held a number of senior management positions at Quebecor World Directory Group, including Vice President, Business Development, Mr. Blundell has demonstrated success in reorganizing operations to improve customer service while creating internal efficiencies. As a Director of Sales at Quebecor, he was honoured as 2000 Salesperson of the Year which recognized his level of professionalism, dedication and team spirit. Known for his energetic, results-oriented style, Mr. Blundell was also part of Quebecor’s LEAD program which identifies the top 75 high potential employees and provides extra training and career development.

Mr. Blundell earned an Executive MBA from Queen’s School of Business in 2000 and has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
